Welcome to Together-A-Part

Parenting with compassion, rooted in science

At Together A Part (TAP), we believe every child is a universe of internal parts - some joyful, some hurting, and all of them vital. Our mission is to empower caregivers like you to help children understand and integrate these parts, fostering a sense of wholeness and belonging.

Through our therapeutic parenting packages and training, we provide the tools to see past behaviours and connect with the child's true needs. If you are a foster or adoptive parent, or work in a children's home, we are here to support you in creating a safe space where children can become their most authentic selves.

Support Packages and Services

We know that when you’re caring for children with complex needs or trauma, standard advice rarely covers the reality of your day-to-day life. There comes a point where general guidance isn't enough; you need deeper insight and a more specialised approach to move forward.

Our focus at Together-A-Part is to provide a clear, therapeutic framework that helps you feel more grounded and prepared. Instead of just reacting to the moment, we look at the 'why' behind a child’s behaviour, giving you the practical tools to create a more stable and connected environment.

Every family and every care arrangement is different, which is why we’ve built our service to be completely flexible. We don’t just offer one-off sessions; we work in partnership with your agency to provide ongoing development that grows alongside you and the children in your care.

It’s about giving you the expertise and the headspace to handle whatever comes your way. We’re here to help you build that foundation of confidence, starting today."

"This training should be available for everyone who has/cares for children. The information from the training course was above and beyond anything we could have ever expected"
