We understand that schools are on the frontline of supporting children with increasingly complex emotional needs. When a child's behaviour is challenging, it's often a sign of a nervous system overwhelmed by stress and past trauma. This not only impacts their ability to learn but also affects the entire classroom environment and staff well-being.

Our mission is to equip your school with the understanding and practical strategies of relational practice. We help your staff move beyond simply managing behaviour to truly understanding the needs behind it. By focusing on connection and safety, we help you create a whole-school culture where every child feels seen and supported, freeing them up to access learning and allowing your staff to do what they do best: teach.

Our Services for Schools

 

We offer a suite of services designed to embed a sustainable, relational approach across your school, leading to improved attendance, reduced disruptive incidents, and better academic engagement.

  • Whole-School CPD & INSET Days: Our engaging and practical training provides your entire staff team, from teachers and TAs to senior leaders, with a shared language and toolkit for understanding developmental trauma. We focus on real-world classroom strategies that build relationships and de-escalate situations effectively.

  • Leadership & SENCO Consultancy: We partner with school leaders to develop and implement a whole-school relational policy. This bespoke support helps you create robust systems, build staff confidence, and ensure your approach to inclusion and behaviour is both compassionate and effective, aligning perfectly with Ofsted's focus on personal development.

  • Classroom-Based Support & Observation: We work directly with teachers in their classrooms, offering observation, coaching, and modelling of relational strategies. This hands-on support helps translate theory into practice, building teacher confidence and directly benefiting students who are struggling.

  • Staff Supervision & Reflective Practice: Teaching is demanding. We provide dedicated, confidential spaces for individuals or small groups of staff to reflect on their practice and manage the emotional impact of their work. This is crucial for preventing burnout and retaining your most valuable resource: your staff.
