Our Services for Residential Care

Here’s how we can support your team and enhance the quality of care in your home:

  • Whole-Team Trauma-Informed Training: Equip your entire staff team with a shared understanding and language around trauma. Our training (available in-person, virtually, or via e-learning) provides practical strategies to respond to challenging behaviours therapeutically, tailored specifically for the residential care environment.

  • Team Reflective Practice & Supervision: We offer group reflective practice sessions, underpinned by Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), to help your team process complex situations, improve communication, and develop a cohesive, consistent therapeutic approach. This is a powerful tool for preventing staff burnout and enhancing team resilience.

  • Bespoke Consultancy for Managers: We partner with leadership to implement lasting change. Our consultancy can help you develop a whole-home therapeutic model, prepare for regulatory inspections, improve staff support systems, and create a culture that promotes healing and growth.

  • Specialist Support for Keyworkers: We provide one-to-one sessions for staff working with particularly complex cases. These confidential sessions offer a space to develop specific relational strategies, manage personal impact, and ensure the highest quality of care for children with the most significant needs.

 

All costs are per hour, bespoke plans can also be discussed.
